As a professional gamer I found this course very applicable to Esports along with the other course I bought. Although this course is managing Emotions for footballers it is really well explained and really easy to understand even if you aren't into football and know nothing about it. It helped me understand how important it is to take mental health seriously and how external factors can have an impact on sports/ Esports performance I can't recommend this enough.
